Parent Portal Account Request Form
Parents can complete this form and submit it to create (or update) an account to view the grades, attendance,
and other aspects of their students' progress throughout the school year.
- After you complete the form, you will receive notification when your account is ready. This may take a day or two,
depending on the submission date and our workload.
- If you provide an email account that is already on record in the Parent Portal from previous years, your updated information
will be emailed to you at that address. If you provide a new email addess that is not yet on record, you will
receive an email telling you to go to the school you indicate in the last field of the form, to pick up your
account information.
- Only persons listed in our database as being parents or guardians are authorized this access.
